There are occasions, in which Nickey Chicago, Inc. may not own a vehicle which we have available for sale. These vehicles are consigned to us, in order to facilitate a clean and expedient sale.

If you have a quality vehicle and do not have the time or knowledge to handle the transaction, on your own, you may submit info about your car to us for our consideration. Consignment spaces are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis. Consignments are accepted based on our sole descretion.

Our business has many tools available, which most individuals may not have access to. This includes, but is not limited to, our ability to take a trade-in on any of the vehicles we have for sale or to help facilitate the financing of a vehicle, subject to credit qualification and approval of the terms and parameters established by our affiliate lenders.

It is the sole responsibility of the Consignor to provide full coverage insurance on their vehicle(s). The Consignor is also responsible to provide free and clear title to their vehicle(s).
